- Choose Upgrade Windows if this is not available choose Clean Install this with this option you will not be able to reinstall and will have to erase your drive and reinstall a fresh copy of Windows.
- If available click R to repair your existing Windows this will replace all the Windows files and leave all your other programs and files intact.
- Follow the instructions and finish the installation. Once completed your computer should be fixed with all files intact. If you had to do a clean install you will need to apply the backup of your important files.
